GlycanBuilderホームページの改ざんと復旧に関するお知らせ

2026年8月17日から8月27日までの期間、GlycanBuilderホームページ（https://glycanbuilder.glyconavi.org）への不正アクセスと思われる事案が発生し、閲覧された方に偽の「ロボットではありません」確認画面が表示される事象が発生していたことが判明しました。現在は原因を取り除き、サイトは通常どおりご利用いただけます。 なお、GlycanBuilder本体（ダウンロードしていただいたソフトウェア）に改ざんはありません。Microsoft StoreおよびGitHubから直接配信されており、影響がないことを確認しております。

また、当研究所が保有する個人情報の外部流出はございません。

GlycanBuilder Website: Notice and Update of a Security Incident

There was an incident of an unauthorized access to the GlycanBuilder website (GlycanBuilder: Create Glycan Diagrams and Explore Related Data) from August 17 to August 27, 2026. We confirmed that our website visitors were shown a fake “I’m not a robot” verification screen during this period.

We removed the cause of the issue and the website is available and safe to resume normal usage.

Please note that the GlycanBuilder software itself (the downloadable application) was not tampered with. The app is licensed and distributed directly through Microsoft Store and GitHub, and we confirmed that it was not affected. In addition, there has been NO bleach of personal information held by our institute that was caused by this incident.

If you performed any actions as directed on the fake verification screen, we recommend you take precaution and take appropriate countermeasures by referring to the websites below.
